Did you Attend the Tony Robbins event in London this weekend?

Did you attend the fabulous Tony Robbins event ‘Unleash the Power Within’  in London this weekend?

A lady contacted me this week to say that she had attended his event and one of the many things that he talked about was surrounding yourself with people that you can learn from. People who challenge you and help you to bring your dreams to life.

These thoughts are not originally from Tony Robbins. They originate from Napoleon Hill from his book, Think and Grow Rich.

In this book, he talks about a mastermind group that meets up regularly. He says that the story of practically every great fortune starts with the day when a creator of ideas and a seller of ideas got together and worked in harmony.

He says, ‘arrange to meet with the members of your mastermind group or business support group regularly.’

‘Maintain perfect harmony between yourself and every member of the group.’

‘You must have the advantage of  experience, education, native ability and imagination of other minds.’

The men in his master mind group were trail blazers, famous men of history such as Thomas Edison, Dale Carnegie and Henry Ford.

And recently we have formed a modern female version of this. An independent Board of Directors for women or peer to peer support groups.

It’s called Bird Board

Women who have the people skills, the confidence to challenge you. Women with the experience of running their own business and all the challenges that this brings who meet regularly once a month to help each other in a supportive, nurturing and positive environment.

We didn’t invent these groups, but the power of them working will never dwindle.

There is a magic in these boards that you cannot describe in words, its something that you should experience. So why not take Tony Robbin’s and Napoleon Hill’s advice and come along and try one for yourself?
